About the Position:
Immediate opening. This position will provide leadership in career and technical education to make the fourth largest CTC system in Pennsylvania best in class. He or she will strive to provide the highest quality in career and technical opportunities while providing a cost-effective program. The position has the overall responsibility for the total program and general supervision of all administrative, supervisory, instructional and support personnel. The Administrative Director will be a visible champion for career and technical education in the community, develop partnerships and relationships with the business community, will seek ways to promote educational and career opportunities for secondary and post-secondary students, and will work closely with the 16 sending school districts to provide strong programs. The Administrative Director of Career & Technical Education is responsible for planning, organizing and directing the educational and administrative functions of the secondary and post-secondary programs to fulfill the school’s mission, vision and beliefs. Qualifications for this position include: PA Vocational Director Certification (or ability to attain certification in PA), Master’s Degree in Education or related field and experience in Career and Technical Education is preferred but not required. Requirements for this position include: A track record of progressive thinking and planning for future organizational needs, successful budget management, and the ability to manage multiple and competing tasks. Successful candidates will have extensive experience partnering with business leaders and developing relationships within the community and post-secondary education.  Previous Cabinet-level experience at a Career and Technical Center is preferred.

About the Position:
Enrollment of 1022 students in Pre-K through 12 and a budget of 21+ million dollars. Seeking a dynamic, innovative individual to serve as Business and Operations Manager. Under the supervision of the Superintendent of Schools, the position manages the district’s fiscal activities and operations, including but not limited to budgeting, census, payroll, finance management and forecasting, debt service, accounting, purchasing, and employee benefit procurement. This position also serves as Secretary to the Board of School Directors and oversees transportation, food service, and custodial/maintenance operations. A four-year degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field is required. Experience in school finance preferred. Applicant should possess comprehensive knowledge of applicable federal and state laws, subsidies, and grants. Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are required. Salary and benefits are competitive.
