Description: The "Aspiring to Leadership" Workshop is designed to assist potential superintendents and assistants in thinking about their expectations, goals and responsibilities as prospective commissioned officers.  Presenters will discuss a wide variety of topics during this two-day program, including:

• beliefs, principles, passions and commissions that motivate one to seek a leadership position in public education
• the dimensions of the superintendency
• the search process
• finding the right match
• developing a contract
• the entry process

Times and Locations:  The workshop at ARIN I.U. 28 (Indiana, PA) will begin at 8:30 with check-in and refreshments, include lunch, and end around 3:30 p.m.
