Aspiring to Leadership Workshop

designed to provide practical information and tools to assist those considering a future career as a district cabinet-level leader and/or superintendent

The PASA Aspiring to Leadership Workshop provides a focused and practical lens into current cabinet level and superintendent roles and responsibilities.  Anyone who aspires to these positions should attend. Experienced and effective cabinet level leaders, superintendents, and other educational leaders facilitate the sessions. 

Earn Graduate Credit! PASA is partnering with Shippensburg University to provide the option of earning field experience hours that can be applied to its nationally recognized Letter of Eligibility Program. The credit option requires participation in PASA’s Aspiring to Leadership Workshop. Those seeking this option must be currently serving in an administrative or supervisory position. CLICK HERE for information on this opportunity.


Aspiring to Cabinet-Level/Central Office Leadership

*preparation for the move into Central Office
*interviewing practice and feedback
*transition and entry into Central Office

Aspiring to the Superintendency
*assuring the right match
*the search process (led by practicing Search consultants)
*negotiating a sound contract
*entry planning and transition

Workshop Schedule
8:30 a.m. - Check-in/continental breakfast
9:00 a.m. - Program begins (includes lunch)
4:00 p.m. - Program concludes
