ABOUT DR. SEVERNS...
Dr. Tracey Severns, nationally recognized teacher and school administrator, and Chief Academic Officer for the New Jersey Department of Education, returns for a deep dive into the practical, actionable aspects of the 4Cs - Culture, Capacity, Coherence and Courage - as they apply to Assistant Superintendents. How can Assistant Superintendents effectively support evidence-centered leadership in each of their buildings? PLUS, discuss related "hot topics" and network with your statewide colleagues! 

FOCUS QUESTIONS:

* What is the impact of evidence-centered Assistant Superintendent leadership on student outcomes and school operations?
* What practical, actionable strategies can the Assistant Superintendent implement to improve student outcomes and school operations?

PIL HOURS
Pending Approval for 25 PIL hours inclusive of related, job-embedded assignments and culminating in a final project focused on improving conditions in the Assistant Superintendent's district that will lead to increased student success
