The 2026 PLUS Caucus Conference brings together urban school leaders, advocates, and experts for a powerful professional experience focused on learning, collaboration, and forward-thinking strategies that strengthen public education in Pennsylvania.
Join us March 17-18 for the PLUS Caucus Conference, and stay for PASA’s signature event of the year, the Leadership Forum: Breaking the Mold: Leadership That Turns Challenges into Opportunities.
Together, these events offer a unique opportunity to connect, reflect, and lead alongside colleagues from across the Commonwealth.
The PLUS Caucus Conference begins with a Tuesday evening dinner on March 17, held in collaboration with the PASA Board of Governors, setting the stage for meaningful dialogue and connection.
The conference continues on Wednesday, when you will collaborate with peers from urban school districts across Pennsylvania to help shape the vision of the PLUS Caucus and explore how this group can continue to support and elevate the work of urban school leaders statewide.
Your Wednesday afternoon experience includes your choice of two dynamic learning sessions, offered as part of the PASA pre-conference experience and included at no cost for PLUS Caucus members, courtesy of the Caucus. Session options include:
