This workshop is designed to explore the critical responsibilities of Assistant Superintendents and Superintendents, providing valuable insights into these impactful leadership roles. Hear from Dr. Mike Vuckovich, PASA's 2026 Superintendent of the Year, along with other key leaders from across the state on what it takes to thrive in these roles. Participants can choose to attend all three parts of the workshop or focus on the sessions most relevant to their interests and goals.
- Part 1: 10:00 a.m.– 11:15 a.m. – Aspiring to the Superintendency
- Part 2: 11:30 a.m. – 12:45 p.m. – Preparation and Search Process
- Part 3: 1:00 p.m. – 2:15 p.m. – Aspiring to the Assistant Superintendency
