Academy Schedule:
- July 30- July 31: Identifying Effective Systems and Processes for Success
Topics will include: current challenges and opportunities in public school systems; developing a shared vision and a systems approach for impactful change; practical tools and frameworks for planning and implementation; strategies for fostering a culture of innovation and accountability
- December 11-12: Integrating Operations into Your District Ecosystem
Topics will include: Systematizing school operations, facilities reviews and planning, managing construction projects
- April 16-17: Building Relationships for Successful Negotiations?
Topics will include: Processes for effective collective bargaining, labor relations including Act 93 plans, superintendent contracts
*ACT 45 CREDIT* Each two-day session of the Academy is approved for 30 hours of Act 45 credit, predicated upon program attendance and completion of the embedded activities.
