DIRECTOR OF TECHNOLOGY
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for all areas of district technology implementation including software, hardware, systems administration, mobile and wireless platforms, security, customer support services, telephone, and network infrastructure.
- Oversees and assists in the purchase, installation, implementation, and management of all technology hardware and software.
- Defines and oversees the software/ hardware replacement cycle, including end of life strategy, inventory records, and maintenance of records.
- Coordinates the technology help desk and related help desk technician caseloads.
- Collaborates with the administrators and supervisors through the Southern Lehigh School District to integrate technology effectively into the instructional programs and support departments.
