About the Position:
Enrollment of 1022 students in Pre-K through 12 and a budget of 21+ million dollars. Seeking a dynamic, innovative individual to serve as Business and Operations Manager. Under the supervision of the Superintendent of Schools, the position manages the district’s fiscal activities and operations, including but not limited to budgeting, census, payroll, finance management and forecasting, debt service, accounting, purchasing, and employee benefit procurement. This position also serves as Secretary to the Board of School Directors and oversees transportation, food service, and custodial/maintenance operations. A four-year degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field is required. Experience in school finance preferred. Applicant should possess comprehensive knowledge of applicable federal and state laws, subsidies, and grants. Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are required. Salary and benefits are competitive.
