New Superintendents' Academy
Excellence in leadership has never been more vital to our children's success than it is today. The three-part Academy provides the concepts, competencies and professional networks necessary for new career superintendents and executive directors to design and lead cultures that promote the social, emotional and cognitive growth of all learners. Throughout all three parts of the Academy, participants learn from and with highly successful educational leaders and program colleagues who represent a diverse array of districts, intermediate units and schools across the Commonwealth.
