About the Women's Caucus

Advancing Women. Strengthening Leadership. Shaping the Future of Education.

The PASA Women’s Caucus is a statewide organization affiliated with the Pennsylvania Association of School Administrators (PASA) since 1984. The Women’s Caucus is committed to advancing women in educational leadership by creating opportunities for connection, professional growth, mentorship, and advocacy.

Our membership brings together women educational leaders and aspiring leaders from across Pennsylvania who share a commitment to supporting one another and strengthening public education.



The PASA Women’s Caucus works to:

• Build connections among women serving in or aspiring to educational leadership positions.
• Expand leadership opportunities and increase the number of women serving in educational leadership roles.
• Support and share research addressing the status and advancement of women in education.
• Provide professional learning through seminars, conferences, and programs focused on developing leadership skills and competencies.
• Promote equity and inclusion by encouraging members to lead efforts that advance equity across educational systems.

Membership connects you with a statewide network of colleagues who are committed to helping women grow, lead, and succeed in education.

Membership in the PASA Women’s Caucus is free for PASA members. If you are a current PASA member, simply select the Women’s Caucus option when completing your annual membership or renewal form.
